Schedule

A voice agent that makes calls, checks availability and books appointments directly into a calendar. It can be set up in different languages and adapted to almost any kind of scheduling.

It starts with a short Typeform

An applicant fills in a short Typeform: who they are and how to reach them. That is the whole intake for the pilot, using a form the team already had.

The phone rings within minutes

A few minutes later their phone rings. The agent speaks Dutch, introduces itself, checks a couple of details from the form and asks when they are available for an interview.

Booked against live availability

During the call the agent reads the recruiter's live Cal.com availability, so it only offers times that actually work. Earlier, later, a different day: it keeps proposing until a slot suits, and books it while the applicant is still on the line.

Logged where the team already looks

Claude runs the conversation and Twilio carries the call. The booking lands straight in the recruiter's calendar, and every call is logged in a Google Sheet so the hiring team can check what happened. No new dashboard: just Typeform, Cal.com and a spreadsheet.

Get a call from the agent

Enter a Dutch mobile number and the agent phones you for a short demo conversation. It speaks Dutch, so answer in Dutch.
